Why You Should Get a Kindle to be a Lifelong Learner?
There are two ways to save this world; either there will be a cat in every house, or everyone will have to have a Kindle. Both are very easy things to do.
To me, books always felt like a bridge between dreaming and being peaceful. In my daily life, books helped catalyze me to write, think, and even talk with others. That’s why I like books, just like many other people. Apart from that, my interest in books with nice-looking covers goes even further.
Let me settle this out first; I am not a person who consistently reads books, but I have to read a certain amount daily because of my profession and interests. That’s why I want to be able to reach smart bloggers, fancy columnists, and creative authors who take me away to other places with their small stories. Hence Kindle, the reason I am writing this article, is the ideal apparatus that satisfies my needs.
The friendship bond between my Kindle and me started in 2014, one month after I had moved to America. It was quite impossible to read a book and try not to die on the two-hour bus rides I took to work and back. Going around on Instagram with nothing to do also disturbed my conscience until a Kindle started accompanying me on my two-hour bus rides. After buying the Kindle, I listed all the articles and columns the night before and started reading them when I took my Kindle out during the bus ride.
I liked my Kindle so much that whenever I met with my friends, I would change the conversation topics to books. And as the topic progressed, I connected it to the Kindle, which I brutally praised for its use. I wasn’t getting any money from Amazon for this either. Besides, I only gave unrequited love to my family, the Argentina Football team, and my Kindle.
One day, while we were drinking tea with our friends, the topic transitioned to the importance of reading books while on public transportation. As the conversation was getting intense, Mr. Said came to our table. At that moment, I remember getting inspired by a cartoon show by Umut Sarikaya and telling Mr. Said, ‘Come brother, we are praising the Kindle.’
